No cardio please i just need to bulk up, a workout for a skinny beginner bodybuilder? I would highly recommend a Heavy Duty style approach via Mike Metzer. It is geared towards max effort and recovery times! Focus on your nutrition as well, and consume ample amounts of whole food proteins as well.
