    I started p90X for awhile, but then lapsed. However, I’m going to start back with it again.

    I downloaded it for free lmao. You can replace a lot of the bs they push on there with sensible alternatives. Like, instead of their "recovery drink" I drink non-fat chocolate milk after a work out (a lot of people do, and the protein/carb ratio is proven to be a great recovery drink). I also just take my own multi-vitamin. You’d have to study up on other diet options and supplements to see what suits you, but unless you already have a metabolism that’s on fire, you can’t just eat whatever you want. Diet is VERY important no matter what your goals are. Almost as important as your workout routine. It all depends what you’re going for, but p90X does help you burn fat while you build muscle.

    It’s a great program, it kicks arse, and it kicks your arse, but it makes you feel great.
