    How is this different from the shoulder press workout he showed. Should I be doing this and the dumbell shoulder press or are they both more or less the same workout?

    whats wrong with having ur elbows fall to far pass ur shoulders? i see lots of bodybuilders bringing their elbows all the way down to their lats especially with the barbell millitary press. even on ur front barbell shoulder press video ur elbows are going pass ur shoulders.

    @btchplzholla obviously anything where you need the breathing muscle will suppress your ability to talk and breath.

    hes demonstrating with low weight and he doesnt have any trouble with it, its hard to lift weights and talk at the same time no matter what weight if you didnt notice.

    i don’t mean to be insulting but i don’t see how you could have muscles that big and yet have trouble with such a low weight.

    pain is gain.

    Try using less weights if yuo can do around 10-12 reps proper easy like then i would add a few more kg.

    also can’t really see but are the dumbbells directly over the shoulders or are they slightly forward? tried it directly above an it put more pressure on my neck and more strain on the shoulders…..still confused lol, any help would be appreciated

    does this form also work the obliques, costals and abs? quite confused cos i was readin stuart mcroberts book on weight training technique and the pictures show the elbows falling below shoulder height…..quite confused cos i’d much prefer to work most of the upper body as well as the shoulders usin this exercise
